Where to begin? The last few months have been busy! From filming at British Motor to MegaCon it’s a diverse and dynamic world and easy to remain driven. From cinematic set ups to DJI gimbal shoots we have had the opportunity to film quite a range of events and exhibitions for an array of SME and larger clients. It’s great to be able to work across a variety of industries and give clients some creative content to bring their visions to life.

Filming and photography are such creative media and as a new kid on the block, Farnborough International Productions is working hard with Farnborough collaboratively to produce content to mirror owned events, clients and exhibitor expectations.

In the last month alone we’ve covered Screwfix Live, MegaCon Farnborough, Everything Electric, and MRO Europe, won two pitches and started working towards filming at Farnborough International Airshow 2026.

We’re small but mighty and the future is truly exciting with Dubai to come, Sustainable Skies, Security & Policing, Farnborough, Bahrain, and more. We’re open for business and loving filming for Aerospace Global News, venue and producing white-label content for clients.

A rather active brain helps remain adaptable to changes climates and industries from managing a roster of fantastic talent to becoming that talent every day requires a responsive attitude to make every project work.

Enjoy some of the social content we pulled together for under £500 a day!

We are excited to announce a new partnership with Crew Force Solutions, becoming their Preferred Content and Video Production Partner. This collaboration will give their clients added value by pairing exceptional event builds and logistics with world-class content creation.

In just five months, Crew Force Solutions has worked with 27 clients across the UK. July alone saw their teams delivering on high-profile projects such as The Open Golf Championship in Northern Ireland and the ongoing Bradford City of Culture 2025 celebrations. These are exactly the kind of fast-paced, high-profile environments where our partnership will shine – offering clients a seamless, joined-up approach to structure builds, event labour, logistics, and compelling storytelling.

Our team at Farnborough International Productions has produced content for events of every scale, from the British Motor Show, Farnborough International Airshow, and Paris Airshow to broadcast and digital-ready brand content for DHL, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, Virgin Atlantic and more. Whether it is live streaming or high-impact marketing assets, our work helps elevate audience engagement and cement brand credibility.

Rebecca Farquhar, Head of Farnborough International Productions, commented:

“This is an exciting collaboration where Crew Force Solutions shares the Farnborough International Productions ambition. Working in events, there are countless stories to tell, and we look forward to capturing and showcasing world-class content to optimise potential while their clients create iconic events.”

We’re not here just to rub egos the right way, we’re here for a real purpose and if you’re not using video or think you don’t have the budget to film, it might be the time to think this through again.

We listen carefully to our clients’ objectives and talk through available budgets and develop to content to fit. We deliver media-ready broadcast interviews, behind-the-scenes features as well as developing digital campaign assets and live streaming at some of the biggest UK and global events.

An SME may have £500 for content support at an event but you may be surprised to hear we can work with that level of and produce something glossy for them to use and support their company growth. Granted this won’t give five assets, but it may well give them the one piece of content to get them started on the right track.

We also work directly with leading media outlets for further exposure through managed distribution opportunities. There is such a clear link between PR, Marketing and Media. On the odd occasion content producers may have worked within the media at some point during their career and this gives them the edge as they recognise when working directly with brands in agencies what content is needed. This marriage of experience means we truly understand, and that’s our world. From Daily Express, the BBC, to Comic Relief, Red Bull Global and IWC Schaffhausen, and more, the team has produced content for some wonderful brands working directly with the journalists we used to sit alongside.

Content comes in many forms, but video doesn’t just capture your event — it multiplies its impact. From extending reach online to boosting sponsorship value, video transforms every moment into measurable ROI. It’s not just a trend; it’s the most powerful medium for communication, storytelling, and conversion. 82% (1) of all internet traffic will be video in 2025, 66% (2) more qualified leads with video, 90% (3) of UK businesses already use video, 72% (4) of B2B buyers prefer to learn about products via video than reading. Video extends event ROI months beyond the event (according to 85-90% of marketers) (5) and adding video to email boosts engagement by 41% (6).

This means event owners can see an increase in sponsorship value, extend your event life online and increase engagement and ticket sales.

Exhibitors get to showcase products dynamically and create evergreen content that will boost visibility, generate leads and connections beyond the booth.

Brands and visitors can amplify awareness by generating reusable content that will build credibility, thought-leadership and capture more leads.

It could be time to turn your event into a content engine…

Our Productions team supported Farnborough International to deliver the ‘world’s best airshow’ strategy. There were activations across the show site for visitors, which complimented a digital offering for those off-site.

Farnborough International Productions offered a wide-ranging service offering to accompany the wider airshow strategy. This included preparing green screens and virtual interviews in the run up to airshow.

The team curated a full conference agenda for the Aerospace Global News theatre, alongside news and interviews. The team delivered many services which included exhibitor content, live streaming, coverage of the air display and marketing content production.

Farnborough International Productions ensures content is newsworthy and dynamic across the event. We work with world-class presenters and writers, who can deliver everything from stand walkthroughs to product launches.

Our team operates a full-scale full-service operation for sponsors, event owners and exhibitors with a story to tell.

We captured, produced and edited over 80 pieces of content onsite with ten crews across outside the broadcast unit and on the show ground in 2024. Moreover, we edited the in-air to display stream live and had a full edit suite for immediate newsroom content turn around allowing a dynamic offering for sponsors, exhibitors and visitors. The Productions team worked closely alongside Aerospace Global News to deliver this content and further act as a springboard for client content.

The brief for Virgin Atlantic was to incorporate sponsored branding into the flying display live stream. Farnborough International Productions was tasked with running a split feed across two separate audiences. The team set out to effectively reach both visitors onsite through the large screen network and a global audience through an online live stream.

The Approach

We set up a full-scale outside broadcast unit with skilled multi-operator crew to film the in-air display each afternoon of the show. We were able to split the feed to two outputs for the screens placed around the ground and live to the digital channel (Aerospace Global News) allowing an audience on and off-site.

The live stream also included marketing messages, up-to-date news interviews and the event daily wrap to compliment the live stream. Content across the live stream and screen network effectively featured the on-screen branding and partnership messaging from Virgin Atlantic.

Results

The online livestream reached over 192,000 views. This proved to be a huge success for the Productions team and Aerospace Global News.

The live stream also reached an audience of over 100,000 throughout the week at Farnborough Airshow.

Farnborough International Space Show

The Brief

We were asked to produce a suite of film assets to demonstrate the success of the show. The films needed to be engaging to a range of global audiences from space to technology and business.

Productions Approach

We produced a series of virtual interviews, released prior to the event, with key industry experts and leaders. This helped place the event as the authoritative voice within the industry. We then developed and produced a hero stage film to welcome the audience to the global event as speakers and panelists arrived on stage providing the key moment and feature on the ground to launch each discussion.

At Farnborough International Space Show we had a multi-crew set up to produce high level social media news and marketing content following interviews with NASA, Lockheed Martin, Babcock, MoD, British Government Cabinet Ministers, and more.

The editing process was completed by the end of each day, enabling social montages along with behind the scene wraps and an event highlights package to be uploaded and posted quickly. These assets were published across Farnborough International digital channels, brand channels, and Aerospace Global News.

Results

The videos created during the event generated over 28,000 views and significantly boosted social engagements figures for the client.

Select Florida Brief

This project’s aim was to support the client in the promotion of their work locally and at global events. This included developing their reach and enhancing their presence at future events. Their main request was a video of their pavilion at Farnborough International Airshow, showcasing the participating companies.

The Farnborough Productions Approach

Farnborough International Productions devised a dynamic piece of video content featuring 12 short interviews in one-take. This approach has been successfully utilised at multiple Paris and Farnborough Airshows.

Aired on Select Florida and Aerospace Global News channels, with shortened social snippets to accompany the activation, this was used by Select Florida to document the success of the event and the growth of the talent within the sector in Florida. The individual companies also used the footage for internal promotion purposes.

Results

  1. White label content for client and companies
  2. Social video activations to support longer film
  3. 12 companies featured in one take

Space-Comm Expo Brief

The aim of this project was to enhance event exposure for the client. They required full video production services as well as support from an industry-leading aerospace news channel. We needed to produce a range of content and collateral for marketing and owned channels as well as for external distribution purposes.

From brief to delivery, Farnborough International Productions worked with Farnborough International and Hub Event teams to produce content in line with the launch and event strategy to raise the profile of the event and exhibition.

With multiple crews on the ground during the event we were able to produce high levels of interviews and packages. Edits included three highlights’ films, 15 top and tailed news interviews, and sales and marketing testimonials.

Farnborough Productions generated 2,500 video and page views for Space-Comm Expo across the event.

Content was shared across Hub, Farnborough and FINN (now Aerospace Global News) channels.
